Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be obsessed with your Blessed & Iced pieces. If something isn't perfect, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns: You may return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at theboujeetinyvault@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Need a different size or style? Email us and we'll happily arrange an exchange.

Final sale items (marked as final sale at checkout) cannot be returned or exchanged.
